The numbers are still high which is pretty unfortunate.  I anticipate we are going to see a large surge of foreclosures hitting the market in the next six months.

I am seeing a daily average of 20-30 notice of default listings in Utah County every day.  This means in Utah County alone, we are averaging between 400-600 NOD's per month.  Of that number, a large chunk of them end of going to foreclosure.

Additionally, pre-foreclosure numbers are high.  These are the latest numbers of late credit reporting of homeowners that have not had a NOD filed against thier property.

UTAH:

120 days:  271,369

Utah County:
